Sacred Lotus Massage & Bodywork

The journey to self-discovery is a process that begins with a single step.  Regardless of where you are on that journey, today is a great day to discover your inner potential through massage therapy and energy work.   I currently offer professional and therapeutic services in massage therapy and energy work in the Saint Croix river valley.

My inspiration comes from the personal transformations that occur when the body, mind, and spirit are balanced and integrated.  Massage therapy and energy work encourage this process of balance and integration; thus, further developing personal awareness and overall wellbeing.  When we are in a state of balance we can give our very best to the world around us.  We are in a place that is open to receive the opportunities that lie before us. 

You are unique to this world with lessons to learn and wisdom to offer; thereby, each session is designed to meet your specific needs.  As a practitioner, I am committed to supporting your highest good using the training and skills I have learned.  Each session is treated with utmost care and professionalism designed to address:

• your physical, mental, and emotional concerns
• questions and concerns regarding specific therapies
• goals for the session
